Below are the shipping method options and costs.
For U.S. Merchandise order
- Standard Ground Shipping* (Orders under$50):    $5.95
- Standard Ground Shipping* (Orders $50 and over):    FREE SHIPPING

Standard Ground Shipping is not available for these states: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific - Alternatively, we offer DHL Express or USPS Shipping.

For Hong Kong, Macau Merchandise order
- Standard Shipping* (Orders under$50):    $6.5
- Standard Shipping (Orders $50 and over):    FREE SHIPPING

For UAE Merchandise order
- Standard Shipping* (Orders under$50):    $11.5
- Standard Shipping (Orders $50 and over):    FREE SHIPPING

For International Merchandise order (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines,  South Korea, Taiwan, Australia and, the United Kingdom)

SPECIAL NOTES FOR U.S. ORDER:

1. Orders ship with Standard Ground Shipping
Delivery Times: US orders are shipping from the West Coast so they can take 3 to 7 business days additional for delivery depending upon where you live in the US. We will do our best to let you know when to expect the product.

2. Orders cannot be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping.
Delivery Times: For these states: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific - Alternatively, we offer DHL Express or USPS Shipping.

These delivery options are displayed in the shopping cart based on customer preference. Prices vary depending on the selected delivery speed, ranging from 2 to 8 business days.

P.O. Box
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and $6.95 for orders under $50 We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses in the US is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE on orders $50 and over, and $6.95 on orders under $50. We regret that we are unable to ship to Military Addresses overseas.  

Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Natasha Moor Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. Title to the products in your order is transferred from Natasha Moor Cosmetics to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Natasha Moor Cosmetics to you when your order is delivered to you. 

Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied or receive a defective item, please email us at sales@natashamoor.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
