We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes).

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Due to high demand and the COVID-19 impacts, we are experiencing some shipping delays. We estimate that orders will be filled within 1 to 5 business days. Orders are shipping from the West Coast so they can take 1 to 5 days additional for delivery depending upon where you live in the US. We will do our best to let you know when to expect the product.
Below are the shipping method options and costs.
Standard Ground Shipping (Orders $50 and over):    FREE
Standard Ground Shipping (Orders under$50):    $5.95

Hawaii & Alaska
We regret that we are unable to ship to Hawaii, or Alaska or other US Territories at this time.  We are working on it!  

P.O. Box
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and $6.95 for orders under $50 We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses in the US is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE on orders $50 and over, and $6.95 on orders under $50. We regret that we are unable to ship to Military Addresses overseas.  

Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Natasha Moor Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. Title to the products in your order is transferred from Natasha Moor to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Natasha Moor to you when your order is delivered to you.

Returns
For the time being, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot accept any returns.  We hope you understand.  If you receive the wrong item, please let us know.  We will work on that!
