How to Use
With your Kohl Me Fantastick eyeliner, begin lining the outer corner of your eyelid and move towards the inner corner of your eyelid. Go slowly and use short strokes to create an even line.
Begin applying liner on your lower lash line using short strokes, just as you did with the top lid.
